We’re looking for a sales manager to lead a team of New Car Sales Consultants.  

Responsibilities: 
•    Create and organize all sales activities for the New Car Sales division
•    Work with and supervise New Car Sales Consultants to ensure individual and department sales goals and quotas are met
•    Partner with the Financial Services department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach
•    Assist New Car Sales Consultants in closing sales as needed 

Requirements: 
•    Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
•    Demonstrated leadership abilities
•    Successful background in a financial / budgeting role
•    Solid supervisory skills
•    Superior communication and customer service skills
